All models come standard with a seven-speed automatic and rear-wheel drive, while the most advanced 5.6 model can be equipped with AWD as an option. What’s more, the 2015 Infiniti Q70 lineup received a new Q70L long-wheelbase model which is available in 3.7 and 5.6 trim levels. With its 120.1-inch wheelbase, the Q70L is classified as a full-size sedan.
